How long will it take for my order to ship? All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM PST everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday as our carriers do not come pickup packages on weekends. I live on the East/West Coast, how long until my order gets here? If you live on the West Coast, expect orders to come in 2-3 business days. If you live on the East Coast, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days depending on where you are located. My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do? We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different PO box or mailbox. More often than not, this seems to answer this question. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email mo3soles@gmail.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.
